Beetroot is of exceptional nutritional value; which is rich in calcium, iron, and vitamins A and C.
Beetroot help lowers blood pressure.
Beetroots are an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of fiber, manganese, and potassium.
INGREDIENTS:-
- BEETROOT (CHOOKANDAR) – 2
- OIL (TEL) - ½ TBSP
- YOGURT (DAHI) - ½ CUP
- GREEN CHILI (HARI MIRCHI) - 1 PC
- GARLIC (LAHSUN) - 1 PC
- ROASTED CUMIN (JEERA) POWDER - ½ TSP
- BLACK PEPPER (KALI MIRCH) POWDER - ½ TSP
- SALT (NAMAK) - ½ TSP OR AS PER TASTE
RECIPE'S:-
First, peel the skin of the Beetroot.
Wash it & grate it.
Now keep the pan in low heat.
Add Grated Beetroot in it.
Stir it for 2 or 3 minutes.
Switch Off the flame & let it cool down.
Now in Bowl add Yogurt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Green Chili, Garlic & Salt.
Add Grated Beetroot and mix it well.
Healthy & Delicious Beetroot Raita Is Ready To Eat.
Take it out in a serving bowl.
Chill Raita in the fridge.
Serve it with Biryani, Pulao, Rice & Roti, etc.
Serve & Taste.
